Our private mortgage loans start from $50,000 with flexible terms tailored to your individual needs.
We will offer you a loan at an interest rate that is based on your risk profile, loan rank, your property’s location, and loan-to-value ratio. While private mortgage financing often comes with higher interest rates compared to conventional lenders, it can still result in affordable mortgage payments due to the initial focus on interest-only monthly installments.
We finance up to 75% of your property’s market value. (The Loan-To-Value is based on the location and the condition of the property given as a security to the mortgage).
Yes, our loans are approved mainly on the basis of your property’s available equity. Your credit bureau is not required for the decision of your private loan, however, it is a great tool when evaluating the exit strategy to a conventional lender.
Complete the application (either online or over the telephone).
Upon approval, your file will be submitted to the notary for disbursement.
Within 48 hours of signing the deed of loan at the notary.
You will need to provide a collection of pertinent documentation such as two pieces of identification, mortgage statement, notice of assessments, proof of home insurance, and certificate of location.
